The Times of Beauty's Best National Director of 2011

For her commitment and passion in revamping pageantry in the island of Martinique and year after year bringing well prepared delegates to Miss World, for her initiative of bringing the island of Saint Barthélemy to international pageantry, for her openness and accessibility to the pageant community, The Times of Beauty is honored to announce our 2011 choice for Best National Director, Moana Sarann Luu.

For opening the doors to Bermudan women to compete again in an international level.

Henrique Fontes, Brazil
For his commitment in boosting the Miss World brand in Brazil with a pageant that is an example of credibility, honesty and impressive organization.

Rose Foulger and Desmond Foulger, New Zealand
For their great charity work through their pageant and pageant activities in New Zealand.

Isidro de Brito, Portugal
For revamping pageantry in Portugal with the prestigious Miss República Portuguesa pageant.

All directors that sent their overall winner to Miss World were considered for this award.
